Stay & house rules
Guests are asked to observe a certain art of living so as to preserve the calm and comfort of the estate; in particular, smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Unless expressly agreed at booking, pets are not admitted. The guest undertakes to respect the house rules displayed in the villas, to return them in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to bear the cost of any damage. Children on the estate remain solely under their parents' responsibility.
Acceptance of the conditions
Receipt of the deposit validates the booking and constitutes full acceptance of these terms of sale in force, as stated at the time of booking.
